He is survived by: his wife Jan VanDerKolk; his daughter Dawn Jenkins (Doug); his grandsons, Conor, Liam and Ian Jenkins; his son Tim VanDerKolk (Billie); his grandchildren, Addyson, Payton, Christian, Elijah VanDerKolk and Brycen Berghorst; his siblings, Bette Jansen (Roger), Diane Bloem (James), Tom VanDerKolk (Laura), Wayne VanDerKolk (Laura), Dave VanDerKolk (Terry), Bruce VanDerKolk (Pam) and Jon VanDerKolk; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy VanDerKolk and Herm Steringa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
