He is survived by : his parents, Larc Samuelson and Merry Samuelson; his daughters, Kendall and Hayden; his sister Katy Rajski (Brad); his grandmothers, Ruby Samuelson and Janice Bristol; and his nephew Levi Rajski. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
