He is survived by: his wife Deborah Spencer; his sons, Tom Parker, Jr. (Kathy) of Fowlerville, Ray Parker (Michelle), Michael Parker (Cindy) and Scott Parker of Okemos; his stepchildren, Michelle Sandu (Sandeep), Derek Johnson (Julia) of Las Vegas and Amy Singletary of Lansing; and his siblings, Barb, Helen, Marilyn, Pat, Terri, Chuck, Bill and Jim. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
