She was predeceased by : her husband Paul; her mother Olive Perry; her siblings, Elton Perry, Bonnie Ingram and Blanche Willer; her son Ted Louis Seabolt; and her grandchildren, Chad Seabolt, Christina Seabolt and Michelle Seabolt.

She is survived by : her sons, Jerry Seabolt (Diane), Randy Seabolt (Renee) and Michael Seabolt (Velma). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
