She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon Hammontree and Inez Hammontree; her husband Darrel Frederick Butters; her sons, Terry and Jerry; and her grandson Matthew.

She is survived by : her children, Vicki, Randy and Polly. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
