Though Marcia Lou has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Hammontree and Inez Hammontree; her husband Darrel Frederick Butters; her sons, Terry and Jerry; and her grandson Matthew.

She is survived by: her children, Vicki, Randy and Polly. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to the Homer EMT/Fire Department, 130 E Main St Homer, MI 49245.
