He was predeceased by: his parents, Gareth Frederick Harmsen and Joan Winnifred Harmsen (Kelly). He is survived by: his children, Ford Ablett (Shelly) and Tracy McMartin (Jeff); his stepdaughters, Becky Hibman (Don) and Michelle Roberts (Carl Hoffmeyer); his siblings, Herman "Herm" Harmsen (Rose), Isabell "Chris" Harmsen and Terri Noel (Denny); his grandchildren, Cody Ablett (Hannah), Dillan Ablett, Ashley Ablett, Hannah McMartin, Rachel McMartin and Sarah McMartin; his great grandchildren, McKenna Ablett and Peyton Ablett; his stepgrandchildren, Devin Roberts, Faith Hibman and Jacob Hibman; and his wife Linda Harmsen.
