He was predeceased by : his parents, Alois Hruby and Lillian Hruby (Vevra); and his siblings, Louis, Joseph and Mary Louise.

He is survived by : his sister Jane Hruby Hanlon (Robert). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.

Although Tom wished to keep his donations to others anonymous, they were well appreciated.
