It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Mae Forton (Howell, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 27, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde V. Thomas and Margaret M. Thomas (Shattuck); her husband Paul B. Forton; and her brothers, Charles and Clyde Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Mills of Howell, James Forton of Ionia, Paul Forton of Minnesota and Dale Forton of California; and her siblings, JoAnn Cole of Dansville, Juanita Thomas of Davison and James Thomas of Ann Arbor. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
