He is survived by: his child Debbie Kellogg-Lewis (Tim Lewis) of Howell; his grandchildren, John Mead and Kimberly Gilliland; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Levi, Peyton and Stella; and his sibling Elma Faulkenbury of Orlando. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
