It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Richter (Howell, Michigan), born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Genieve Givens. She is survived by: her husband Harry Richter; her children, Dana Compton (Greg) and David Richter; her grandchildren, Bruce Compton, Brendan Compton and Shelby Compton; and her siblings, Robert Givens (Phyllis), John Givens (Joe) and Norma Jean Leinan. She is also survived by Her husband, children and grandchildren.
