He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kelly and Genevieve Kelly (Mahoney); and his wife Dolores. He is survived by: his children, Colleen O'Brien (Jim), Maureen Caudill (Tim) and Shawn Kelly (LeAnn); his grandchildren, Matthew, Kevin, Jesse, Logan, Cody, Cory, Ashton, Alec, Jen and Michelle; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Madison, Raeah and Ethan; his sister Janice Antieau; his brother-in-law Donald Juipe; and his niece Donna Kay Chasteen.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
