He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence W. Winters and Maria Cecile Winters (Simard). He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Robert Winters (Debbie), Daniel Winters (Lori) and Suzanne Viksne (Ed); and his brother Larry Winters (MaryAnne). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
