Howe (Hefner); his siblings, Ernest McKinley Howe (Terri) of Georgia, Roxanne Kraus (Steve) of Howell, John Howe of Grand Rapids, Robert Howe of Howell and Kathy Howe of North Carolina; and his stepchildren, Brooks, Preston Cozart and Brittiny Howe.
Due to the present pandemic conditions, a celebration of James life will be held at a later date.
