He is survived by: his children, Matthew Goniea of Hartland and Amy Peters (Mike) of Howell; his grandchildren, Kevin Goniea, Nicholas Peters, Jacob Peters and Zachary Peters; his sibling William Goniea of Howell; and his sister-in-law Betty Goniea of Howell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
