She was predeceased by: her parents, Ara Girst (Bowers) and Elmer William Girst; her husband Ernest "Butch" Cox; her brothers, Howard and Harold; her former husband Richard; and her grandson Kegan.
She is survived by: her sisters, Marilyn Crane (Don) of Waterford, MI and Sharon Houghton (Jim) of Davison, MI; her children, Rhonda Harter, Richard Harter Jr., Malisa Price (Kurt), Tracy Pellegrino (Marc), Stacy Bell (Steve) and Lacy Harter; her grandchildren, Amanda Cox, Zach Harter, Brooke Hoskins, Jared Trudell, Buster Harter (Childers), Emily Harter (Kouzmanov), Casaundra Regal, Kyle Regal, Kenny Boy Regal, Lexi Pellegrino, Nicole Marsh (Kyle), Andrea Gardner (Eric), Derek Bell (Brittney), Stevi Bell and Toni Harter; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Cox, Oakley Denbrock, Alexandra Marsh, Harrison Marsh, Lillian Bell, London Bell, Joelle Bell and Jordie Gardner.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to your nearest hospice and/or the Howell Nature Center.
