She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Sutphen and Dorothy Sutphen (Howard). She is survived by: her daughter Susan Samuels (Donny Atkins) of Hartland; her granddaughter Emerson; her brother Charles Sutphen (Kathy) of Philadelphia, PA; and her nephew Chris Sutphen.
