He was predeceased by: his parents, Guido Boccarossa and Maria Boccarossa of Dearborn, Michigan.. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Jennifer, Mike and Jenn; his sisters, Lydia Farina (Dominic) and Anna Wafer (Al); his nephew Michael Boccarossa (Nicole); and his niece Jennifer Dollins (Kenneth). He is also survived by five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
