She was loved and cherished by many people including: her granddaughter Katie; her parents, Lawerence Turner and Kate Turner; her husband Herman Shepherd; and her children, Tammy O'Doherty (Chris), Herman Talmadge Shepherd, Penny Cox (Robert) and Greg Shepherd (Jennifer). She was also cherished by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
