He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonas Benson and Ellen Benson (Carlson); his wife Marjorie; and his son Gary Benson. He is survived by: his daughter Janet See (Daniel) of The Villages; his grandchildren, Ann Clemons (Ken) of Fowlerville and Christopher Sweet (Erin) of Chicago; his daughter-in-law Marie Benson of Fowlerville; and his brother Roy Benson (Arloa) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
