He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Raucher and Anna Raucher (Tuyu); his wife Dorothy Raucher; his sister Laura Strubel (Raucher); his brother-in-law Casey Strubel; and his brother Frank Raucher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra A. Bayley (Brian) and Laura C. Morgan (Garry); his granddaughter Laura Elizabeth Bayley; his niece Carole J. Besanson (Jerry); and his great-niece Renee Besanson.
