He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert B. Biggs and Angela R. Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his daughters, Laura Mersek (Phil), Susanne Roberson (Rob) and Tricia Ballard (Dennis); his stepchildren, Sarah Cantrell and David Panyard; his grandchildren, Amanda, Matthew, Brooke, Bradley, Sydney and Colin; and his brothers, Jim and Ralph.
