He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Mark Jezowski (Allison), Nicole Blevins (Gary) and Kenneth Jezowski; and his grandchildren, Samantha Blevins, Ted Blevins and Holly Byrne (Matt). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
