He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Kulczyk and Bernice Kulczyk (Imbier); his wife Imogene Tyler; and his siblings, Mack, Josephine, Nellie and Genevieve.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Scott (Jeff) and Mark Kulczyk; and his grandchildren, Sean Keys (Amber), Danielle Archer (Jeremy), Meghan Buda (Sean) and Shelby Sepanak. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
