He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Maddick (Tuohy). He is survived by: his father Bryson Maddick; his wife Mindy; his children, Brandon, Jennifer and Samantha; his siblings, Karen Maddick, Patty Fox (Byron), Peggy Mason (Jeff), Kevin Maddick, Keith Maddick (Cindy), Janice Kudrycki (Ed), Karl Maddick, Bryson Maddick (Kristen) and Eric Maddick; and his pet Blue. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
