He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Karl Zimmermann and Elizabeth Zimmermann (Siedler); his wife Irene Zimmermann (LaVigne); his daughters, Kathryn Harlow, Sue Wilcox (Bob) and Heidi Fritz (Chuck); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Connor (Joe), Daniel (Laura), Bridget (Ed), Maggie (Adam), Tony, Samantha, Hannah, Alexandria and Eric; his great grandchildren, Gwen, Meridith, Roland, Adrienne, John, Ian and Eleanor; and his sister-in-law Lois Kraus (Jack). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
