He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob John and Anastasia Koch (Maly); and his sister Mary Ann Kelly. He is survived by: his spouse JoAnn C. (Tucker); his children, Gretchen Daniel (Robert) of Chicago and Kathryn Koch of Chicago; his niece Deborah Sommer; and his great-niece Lauren Sommer.
