She was predeceased by : her parents, Isaac Phillips and Ruby Phillips (Loukus); her son William Isaac Thorton Ojala; her son-in-law Matthew Aho; and her parents-in-law, Jean and Toivo Ojala.

She is survived by : her husband Raymond Ojala, Sr.; her children, Ray, Jr. (Jessica Perrault) and Crystal Aho; her grandchildren, Ivey, Isaiah and Junior; her sisters, Jean and Connie; and her sister-in-law Ruth Ojala. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
