He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis (Wustman). He is survived by: his children, Julie, Bruce Postma, Joanie, Doug Hodson, Joe and Nancy Krol; and his grandchildren, Eric Postma (Kelly), Mark Postma (Nasrene), John Hodson (Bekki), Carrie Timmer (Brian), Kellie Wilks (Chuck) and Ashley Hengst (Bryant). He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Sheldon Meadows to honor the loving care and compassion shown to Chet and his family.
