He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Armstrong; and his parents-in-law, Peter and Betty Steensma. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Sean Armstrong (Pilar) and Aubree Kowalski; his mother Lois Armstrong (Victory); his sisters, Sharon Christy (Dan) and Sandra DeKraker; and his sisters-in-law, Chris Clark and Nancy Kelly (Kevin). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and a great-nephew.
