Eleanore Bol Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2022, at the age of 98, Eleanore Bol (Hudsonville, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gerrit; her sons, David and Stephen; her son-in-law Mark Hoeksema; her siblings, David Meulenberg (Helene), Ronald Meulenberg (Sylvia), H. Pete Meulenberg (Shirley), Daniel Meulenberg and Mary Jane Bos Devries; and her siblings-in-law, Stover, Bertha Boss (Nick), Jack Bol (Amy), Peter Bol (Donna), Hattie Buter (Harold), Henry Bol (Dorothy), John Bos and Gerald DeVries.

She is survived by: her children, Ruthellen Hoeksema, Priscilla MacGraw (John Patrick) and Jonathan Bol (Barbara); her daughter-in-law Barbara Winkle (Fred); her grandchildren, Kristin Siebers (Steve), Matthew Bol (Julie), Kara Abramowski (Mike), Stephen Hoeksema (Deb), Michael Hoeksema (Marcia), Sarah Bleyenberg (Jerry), Phillip Hoeksema (Michelle Brown), Molly Cleveland (Aaron), Dan MacGraw (Becky), Megan MacGraw, Nathaniel Bol (Rebecca), Audra Bruinooge (Kyle) and Adam Bol (Grace); her sister Judith Feenstra (Jack); and her sister-in-law Marcia Meulenberg. She is also survived by 38 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Hudsonville Protestant Reformed Church for the Reformed Book Outlet in Hudsonville, Michigan, where she was a volunteer for many years.
