She was predeceased by: her husband John Overweg; and her brothers, Tom Koopman and Jim "Scooter" Koopman. She is survived by: her children, Dawn, Dave Kuiper, Karen, Dale Arendsen and Robin Overweg; her grandchildren, Vicki, Leo Evans, Sami, Jason Walcott, Justin, Elizabeth Arendsen, Jordan Meyer (Samantha Carano), Shannon, Tim Oetman, Cassie, Alex Moritti, Cam, Madison Bennett and Malachi Overweg; her great grandchildren, L. J. Evans, Sophia Evans, Zae Evans, Zoeigh Arendsen, Alison Wierenga, Akjiah Walcott, Brody Walcott, Palmer Walcott, Jace Moritti, Braxton Moritti, Teagan Bennett and Charleigh Bennett; her sister Jackie (Andy Broekhuizen); and her siblings-in-law, Jeri Koopman, Bob, Jo Overweg, Ken and Eleanor Overweg. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
