It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Jean VanderKolk of Hudsonville, Michigan, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford VanderKolk; and her children, Connie Burwell (Rick) and Terry VanderKolk. She is survived by: her children, Clinton VanderKolk and Pamela VanderKolk; her grandchildren, Courtney Leeper (Mike), Cara Burwell, Callie Burwell and Ross Burwell; and her sisters, Ruth Irish (Jim) and Mary Thompson (Mark). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
