She was predeceased by: her father Darwin Eikelberg. She is survived by: her husband Dr. James Burton; her sons, Jonathan Burton and Jeffrey Burton (Erin); her grandchildren, Oliver and Evelyn Burton; her mother Jeanette Eikelberg; her siblings, Karen Kol (Robert), Richard Eikelberg, Kevin Eikelberg and Holly Prangley (Brian); and her sister-in-law Kristine Burton Dipple.
Janice was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease six years ago, but it was Covid-19 that took her life.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Janice, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
