She was predeceased by: her daughter Kimberly Perz; and her parents, Don Koop and Jan Koop. She is survived by: her husband Dan De Haan; her children, Alaina, Dustin Pepper, Greg De Haan, Keegan and April De Haan; and her son-in-law Jon Perz. She is also survived by many grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Right to Life of Holland, MI.
