She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Devere Haines and Mildred Irene Haines (Beals); and her brothers, Steven and Thomas Haines. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Burden (Don), Todd Moyer (Barbara) and Kristine Main (Michael); her grandchildren, Jessica Groeneveld (Andrew), Nicholas Morse (Alicia), Ryan Morse (Krista) and Brianna Main; her siblings, Beverly Knudsen (Bill), Michael Haines (Cindy), Kenneth Haines (Ginnette) and Bonnie Bessert (Joe); and her sister-in-law Willee Haines. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, close friends, and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Emmanuel Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association.
