Victor Paul Coveny Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Victor Paul Coveny of Hudsonville, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 79, on December 16, 2022.

We are all so blessed to have had Vic touch our lives. His love of people and helping others was coupled none other than by his humble generosity.
Vic’s favorite pastimes were fishing, hunting, and bottle digging. He was a connoisseur of antiques and collectibles. Everyone could always count on him to tell a tale from his Navy days to his time spent visiting his relatives or growing up in Grand Haven. He loved to be a tourist in his own town and take everyone on the trolley. Everywhere he went he would have a fishing pole with him, always aware of the streams, lakes and ponds he passed by because you never know when you just might catch something. He spent countless hours tinkering and fixing small engines, the old fashioned way. He really could fix anything and if he didn’t know how he would go to the library and research it. He was always learning and always sharing his knowledge. His story telling and ability to entertain will be greatly missed.
