She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard Hicks and Beulah Hicks; and her brother Gary Hicks (Jo Ann). She is survived by : her husband James; and her siblings, Tammy Hicks of Newland, NC, Bill Jungling (Edie Ball) of Dearborn, MI and Larry Hicks (Madelyn) of Dearborn, MI..

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to "Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit".
