We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2025, at the age of 91, Maxine L. Oberdorfer Vaccarello (Iron Mountain, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Urban and Melba Urban (Erickson); her husband Steve Vaccarello; her son Daniel Oberdorfer; and her great grandchildren, Gordon Alexander Wolf and Ellie Mae Haas.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Oberdorfer (Debbie) of Kingsford, Rob Oberdorfer (Darcy) of Cedar Springs, MI and Jody Marek (Steve) of Kingsford; her daughter-in-law Lauri Oberdorfer of Kingsford; her stepson Peter Vaccarello (Lena) of New Hampshire, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Meekhof (Matt), Justin Oberdorfer (Natalie), Jaime Powell (Ian), Angela DeBaker (Jesse), Luke Oberdorfer (Paige), Michelle Wolf (Dave), Amanda Heidtman (Mike), Stephanie Sotka (Dustin), Kali Haas (Stuart), Kendahl Oberdorfer and Kyle Oberdorfer (Kendra). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Covenant Church or St. Judes Hospital.
