He was predeceased by : his parents, Arvo Saari and Marian Saari (Kooping). He is survived by : his wife Carol Mattson-Silvestri; his children, Gina Sejbl (Jim), Tim Silvestri (Linda), Robin Saari, Aaron Saari (Stacy) and Karina Saari; his grandchildren, Jimmy, Jennifer, Timothy, Joshua, Sarah, Melissa, Lindsay and Eli; his great grandchildren, Gabriella and Katherine; and his siblings, Marvin Saari (Gayle) and Marlene Saari-Mieloszyk (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
