He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lewis and Alma Lewis (Purnell); his wife Rose Marie Armitage; his parents-in-law, John and Rose Armitage; his sister Josa Lee Thibodaux Corbin (Lewis); and his granddaughter Cami Hyttinen.
He is survived by: his children, Gina Lewis, Rebecca Swenor (Vince), Annette Hyttinen (Scott), Mark Lewis and Maria Fiereck (Matt); his grandchildren, Jessica Hastings, Jennifer Vaughan, Jonathon Hastings, Chace Swenor, Lance Swenor, Trinity Hyttinen, Gabe Hyttinen, Zachary Lewis, Jade Lewis, Teia Foley and Mason Fiereck; his great grandchildren, Davey Vaughan, Lusiel Vaughan, Albert Vaughan, Ava Adams and Brennick Bonner; and his siblings, Alma Jean Angel and Bobby Joe Lewis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
