He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Eloise Binsack of Jackson; his daughters, Linda, Nancy (Mike Shaughnessy), Janet (Robert Beam) and Cindy; his grandchildren, Brendan, Patrick Shaughnessy and Jacqueline Sytsma; his great grandchildren, Arielle, Everleigh, Illianna and Cassius Shaughnessy; and his wife Jacqueline Battiste (Phelan).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fort Custer National Cemetery (15501 W Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012).
