He is survived by: his wife Jane M. Dangler; and his children, Edwin D. Dangler Sr., Crystal Hindermeier (Mark) and Dale H. Dangler III. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter and 1 great-great grandson.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cascades Humane Society or Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice.
