She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Bullinger and Williamina Bullinger (Minnie); and her sister Joan W. Brewer. She is survived by: her husband Marcus Blue Jr.; her sister-in-law Valeta Pletcher; and her sibling's children, Heather Shaughnessy (Kevin), Megan, Nathan and Liam. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
