He was predeceased by: his father Edward Farhat. He is survived by: his wife Shelly (Mantle); his children, Amanda (Brad), Kimberlee (Jimmy) and Matthew (Meaghan); his grandchildren, Ethan, Harper, Harrison, Evelyn and Isaac; his mother Elizabeth Farhat; and his siblings, Susan (William), Janet (Mike) and David (Cheryl). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and many special friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Queens of the Miraculous Medal Church or the Perinatal Bereavement Memorial Fund at Henry Ford Allegiance Health would be appreciated.
