He is survived by: his children, Jill Barney (Todd), Jean Foster (Doug) and Jodie Todaro (Rick); his grandchildren, Nick Barney (Angie), Jake Barney (Melissa), Jesse Shook (Ally Thomas), Abbey Tippin, Amanda Shook (Joe Gebhardt) and Devin Shook; his great grandchildren, Drew Barney, Emma Barney, Liam Barney and Willow Barney; his brothers, Dennis Milbourne (Yvonne) and Greg Milborune (Marie); and his close friends, Kevin Roberts and Phil VanHorn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
