He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sr. and Patricia; and his brother Jack Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Steve; his sons, Derek (Ashley) and Zachary; and his grandchildren, Scarlette Jeannie, Lincoln Jeannie and Aunt Jeannie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
