He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Graham and Bernadine Graham (Wheeler); and his brother Chuck Graham. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Eberenz; and his children, Danny Graham (Jeannie) of Wauseon, OH, Randy Graham (Barb) of Morenci, David Graham of Howell, Tammy Wiley of Somerset, Max Graham Jr. (Dawn) of Dayton, OH and Tami O'Dowd-Williams (Mike) of Jackson. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren 25 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Cascades Humane Society, Jackson County Animal Shelter, or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
