He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Mary DeLuca (Gerald), Carol Keen, Maureen Small (John) and Kip Cunningham (Laurie); and his grandchildren, Brittney Daftuar (Raj), Sarah DeLuca, Peter Keen, Katie Keen, Patrick Keen, Aaron Small, Anna Small, Rachel Cunningham and Ryan Cunningham.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Lingap Children's Foundation, Marlene and Patrick Cunningham Scholarship fund Lumen Christi High School, St. Mary's Star of the Sea Window Fund, Queen's Church, or to the St. Louis Center.
