He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Tami VanMarter (Todd), Brian Bristol (Laurie), Lonnie Bristol (Angie), Robin Christian (Tom), Heather Cotton (Mike), Kevin Bristol (Jennifer) and Monica Bristol; and his siblings, Maggie Willis, Flossie Hill, David Hill, Rusty Barr, Don Hill, Jan Stevens and Terri Booker. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home.
