She is survived by: her children, Dr. Martin J. Goulooze III (Darla), Steven Goulooze (Renae) and Kathleen Chapin (James); her grandchildren, Susan Johnson (Kevin), John Goulooze, Jr. (Audra), Joshua Goulooze (Whitney), James Chapin, Jr. (Victoria), John Chapin (Stacy), Jason Chapin (Mindy), Phillip Chapin (Jamie), Steven Goulooze, Jr. and Ryan Goulooze; and her sisters, Delores Cook (Ron) and Lorna Kaat-Rose. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
